Help bb 9360 dead with red light blinking
 

Anyone can help me how to fix my bb 9360? I already went to the technicians and they all just said it cannot detect anymore. They cannot fix it. Any solutions? ;(

The reason for dead bb and blinking red light is i tried to update it to 7.1 but it hangs and my bb turns off. Then i cannot open it anymore. Please help. I already tried to re install using bb loader and dm. But hangs on initializing updates.
