Jamellacel in your case 9550
1. check does your 9550 in haedset mode than only you can't get any audio.
2. does in recording mic work?
3. buzzer (ringer) oprate from power IC and mic oprate from CPU.So it means mobile is on headset mode.Change hands free jack.

please explain your step what you had done or check as my given step?
their after I will try to help you.

If you tried all step than check 2.6v at C1624 near power ic.Also at L1101 and L1102 near CPU.All 3 are common link, its audio volts for CPU. If both L1101 and 1102 open or broken than CPU can't get 2.6v audio volts, so their will be NO AUDIO.(you can bypass both L1101 and L1102).
If at C1624 no 2.6v than change power ic.most doubtful is L1101&L1102.
