1. If vbat is short than in charging it show Red Cross on bat sign. and with full charge battery no response no light.
2. Its bat_id problem next pin to vbat, for that first remove D1402, check proper link form bat connector to CPU in this order R1493,R1494,R1410,R1409. most important thing R1410,R1409 are most necessary.
