Q10 has OLED DISPLAY so there are no any boost voltage from board.
It has 3 types of supplied to lcd check it.
1.V2_2OLED_F to pin 28,30
2.V3_1OLED_F to pin 22,24 and
3.VSYS_F to pin 3,5.

Remove 6 esd Diodes as per jpg. still not ok than replace lcd.
I dont need thanx. in future help other guy.

now lcd is not coming

Diode is for esd protection on lcd data lines, its protect from any high spark.All data lines comes through 3 fliter as per below image, bypass (jumper) it.

check or replace proxi sensor.
also take multimeter reading on 6 diodes. they have similar reading.
volts are ok?

I`ve remove the proximity sensor,check volt oke,jumper filter data lcd, but nothing work.
First display is oke but after i remove the diode is going to black screen . Any solution please brother

check carefully on connector pin not on related componants in this order.
1. 2_2OLED_F to pin 28,30 2.2v.
2. 3_1OLED_F to pin 22,24 3.10v.
3. SYS_F to pin 3,5.(this is 3.6v batt volt.)
4. Datalines to pin 13,15,19,21,25,27.
5. Lcd rest to pin 31 via R2800 thier must be 1.8v.

Only above pin working for LCD.

Make sure that your handset is completely in working connect to pc and conform it. otherwise its showing red light only.
you said "after i remove the diode is going to black screen " before that you seen in lcd in working ok?
