please help 9900 when connect to pc it gives massage .....usb not recognized, but all the tracks are ok

Thanks for your reply. but the fault is from the Blackberry set, and not from the pc because i normally connect other bb and they work well.

its a common problem of bb9900 try to change usb/charging connector.

try this solution also (image attached)

before change charge connector , make these test at first ..
Test phone USB_DM and USB_DP pins connectivity ..
