:)

You need 3 things

Flux - Bottom heater set at 180 - 190

and good rework set at 310 ..

or

must be very quick

10 sec with big heat gun with thin tweeters with tiny bent hook at ends

i remove tons of Cams with no damage

takes me 9 secs to remove cam on 9900 with no damage to board

..

Problem with those models and other models are they have
epoxy under the BGA. Unless you are ready and know how
to remove that epoxy. It will be very difficult. Too much heat
will cause the BGA balls under the chips to expand and pop..

Must heat bottom with heater and heat top by 290 degrees
wait till it comes off. Too much or fast heat is bad. Solder pops..

heater on bottom 190 degrees
top 290.. slow heat
