A problem with the batt charge of a BB 9790

Hello everybody.

I have a very rare problem with a brand new BB 9790. I beleive that it should be something with the OS but i changed it twice and it continues with the same behavior.

I asked some thecnicians and they told me that it is the MOBO but there is something with that that it doesn't sound logic.

The fail is that the phone works normaly but always with the batt full charge meaning 100% and suddenly it drains all the charge and it turns off. I put it on charge again (it shows 100% starting) and it works normally again.

Anybody kows the explanation why the MOBO could be?, and being in that way and the phone works well could be a solution to see which is the batt's charge?.

Thanks in advance for your help !!

@the_old_man

1. change battery.
2. change battery connector and clean battery connector PAD.
3. If its current sense fail than its show bat drains problem.For this R1403(10 miliohms) is responssible.
4. If network PA is faulty than its give suddenly bat drains.
5. check carefully that any section is getting hot.and also check in which programme gets drains problem.
6.VBAT used in all network PA,Ringer IC,NFC IC and POWER IC.
