Member: 2346316 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Q10 touchscreen Problem One day my phone dies and i put it away for the night. Next morning the touchscreen stopped working. Couldn't swipe, did not respond to touch, nothing. I did a factory restore still the same problem and i'm stuck in the initial setup screen. I figured it was the screen itself the issue, so I ordered a new LCD screen and installed it today. I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. After 6 hours of trying to get this thing to work i gave up. This is super frusterating as i've been with blackberry forever and now this comes up. Does anyone else have any suggestions? I've tried shutting it off, removing battery, reinstalling os,, replacing LCD, now i'm stuck in the setup screen. Thanks |
