I have tried giving DC power supply to 4,5,6,7 but the current will not flow in battery and it wont take volts, the AMMETER is not moving, no current readings are coming on AMmeter, AMmeter is 0 all the time if I put DC power on battery from power supply.

Dear Christina,
You have to apply the DC voltage directly to the battery terminals in order to charge every cells.
