The current consumtion from battery was 20-40mA, when I tried to turn on the device on, it increased up to ~200mA. And the trick: sometimes, appeared in device manager "Blackberry", but after ~20sec it dissapeared Any idea for solution?
Thank You in advance!
1st I confuse of your's those word "And the trick: sometimes, appeared in device manager "Blackberry", but after ~20sec it dissapeared " and "No led light, so full dead" you have good knowledge of schematic. Now check volt of c1419 V2_85EMMC. If its ok than emmc problem.

Many thanks! I found something: there was no volt on C1419 point, thus I was looking for another point with 2.85V, and I found one on C1911 (from scheme, on my panel it is pcb-46301-009). I made one short between C1419 and C1911, then plug-in through USB: the Blackberry device immediately appeared in the device manager on my PC, but after few seconds it lost.
Then I disconnected the USB, run Autoload-STL100-1-DevAlphaB 10.3.1.997, re-plugged the USB and all that's fine, the program connected to phone and run completely, without any errors.
While running the program, the phone did not disconnect the PC, only after the running had finished. I physically disconnected the USB, opened BB link, connected again with USB cable and started "Check updates". The BB link was found, and I started the upgrading process (it took about 30 minutes, while the device stayed connected with USB).
After that if I plugged in the USB without battery the BB appeared in the BB Link and device manager for a second, then disappeared. When I inserted the battery first, after plugGED in the USB – nothing happened. When battery was in and I waited about 10 minutes and re-plugged the USB only after, also nothing happened (on PC, because at present I do not have anything, only the panel and battery). Or is it a normal reaction in such a case?

PS.: originally, when I plugged in USB, nothing happened anything, only sometimes it appeared in device manager for some seconds and disappeared. Is it possible that the original problem was caused by the wrong soldering of the power chip? And a simple reflow can help the situation?

C1911 is ext sdcard volt you can't used it as emmc volt, you may use "V2_85DIG" volt which is stand forever even in sleepmode. Try this volts to connect with C1419. And update again with autoloader. Don't update in bblink untill , 1st fully check network , wifi etc... all function. than after few hours or a day update in bblink.

I tried, but no success. Many voltage is missing, for example: 1.8DIG, 1.2DIG. I found 2.85DIG on vibrator one connector, but after I removed sort from C1419-C1911, the 2.85V lost from the connector also... I Think these "sorting" does not work in my case, I'll try the reflow, if doesn't, reball, finally IC-replace.

Thank you very much for the help so far, i will note from the results.

once connect both volt 2.85DIG and C1911 togather and give it to C1419. Both volts are same so no risk there.
