Mcn pro light box code reader tool problem-"BOX NO CONNECT TO PC" - GSM-Forum

Help my new mcn pro light box is killing me, i cnt read its serial no./activation code, whenever i try to use the mcn pro light box code reader tool, it will say "BOX NO CONNECT PC" PLS HELP, B,CUZ I ACTUALLY plug the box, and my pc recognize it as a hardware device, pls

I cant access the firmware download area,because it is prompting me for box serial no./activation code, d mcn pro light code reader cant read out my box i think bcuz, it when i still plug it 2 me pc, go to code reader tool, ok, but still error message 'BOX NO CONNECT TO PC' HELP ANYBODY

Where are the users of mcn pro light box, where are the product manager for mcn pro light box

Bad box hardware, got it from gsmserver.com now d cost of sending it back to them is so much more than the box, though it came with a damaged sticker attach to it. This is not fair, nigeria
