MCnPro Light Unknown USB device - GSM-Forum

I had a very bad experience with the Mcnpro light, i did couple of phones with it and now all my PCs does not recognize the box. I have tried it on 3 different PCs same error "UNKNOWN USB DEVICE DETECTED" only the red light on the box comes on when plug into the computer.

Did you checked the box driver ?

Yes i checked everything, the box was working with my Pc and i did couple of phones with it. But now whenever i insert it Unknown usb device detected.

Do box self test without phone and post result.

How about the box LED light ? and change USB cable /pc and try , By the way , maybe you can try manual install the driver in device manager.

some time box hardware issue if your box in warranty contact to your reseller

Thanks, it was replaced by my reseller Simsim Electronics UAE.
