Dongle status: not activated [ Answered ]


Hi Team I bought firedongle from:
Company: EM5
Contact person: Year
I have followed all the steps trying to activate it but i still get errors
Dongle Status : Not Activated
Ready..
Your Dongle Firmware is Not up to date, plz update your dongle Firmware to Ver : 0101

I have pm'd you earlier on without any response from you.
DONGLE SN : 010003A9

No Need to make a sequence of screenshots. As I've said above is the screen shot. Dongle not activated.
I can paste a screenshot but also I can put it into a document . I periodically transform screenshots to documents.

The screenshots reads this:

Dongle not activated
And this
Your Dongle Firmware is Not up to date, plz update your dongle Firmware to Ver : 0101

I need Screenshot friend, to know what problem do you have ?
and i need to know what dongle color do you have ?
if your problem is just Dongle Status: Not Activated, is too easy
just need to add your card SN to Server.

HI team ! still same problems im now looking to return this dongle to my reseller and get my refunds. I bought this tool so that i could get more work done without depend on internet connection

dongle not activated. when i try to activate its see already activated..
