I HAVE ONE FIRE DONGLE IT DO NOT READ DONGLE SN
DONGLE FW
DONGLE STATUS
SOME ONE CAN HELP ME PLEASE IT WAS INSTALLED CORRECTELLY AFTER ONE WEEK MY DONGLE IS NOT WORKING HELP

i am in same situation and i have a red reader !!!
useless after 2 weeks of use

put fire dongle card to other reader , beter one is pkey like in picure and you can update your dongle without problem

tried all readers existing and no way even yellow one can t update
ill wait for next update if no solution i ll buy another tool
