My fire dongle has stop working for allmost 1month my smart card is detecting and installing but the software not opening I complain it to the product supporters but no any response seems like they are allways offline, is the dongle not working now? Or need activation? U have to respond ur customers coz my smart card is working I can't just give up I realy enjoy ur tool but you have to be online even for 2hours a day. Pls do something.

How about answering people that have problems activating dongle for months now? Sticky activation problems thread hasn't been answered for a very longgg time.

You need to contact your reseler friend

Reseller points at the Fire Dongle team and FD team points at reseller...
That's not really helpful for us, customers? All we want is a working product and this one isn't.

Dongle FW : 0100
OLD Firmware Detected!!, you need Update your Dongle before using software.
Dongle Status : Not Activated!
pls Activated
