OT-985 alcatel not UNLOCK [SOLVED] - GSM-Forum

After i click calculate button it seems nothing happen, no response in software...

That s mean driver not properly installed, reinstall your driver and all will be ok

What Dongle You have?? Yellow or Pkey ?
You have to install your dongle correctly
You have driver not installed correctly

The PKEY i had color red i ordered from gpg team..

the pkey reader need only 2:
Usb device token
usb device holder
if face the same problem contact me
i will resolve your problem

Problem Solved! I just reinstalled the driver...But still have problem.

I got the code now below, but one thing problem phone asking 8 digits only. but firedongle readed 10 digits per code. I`ve tried enter first 8 digits but got wrongcode. Remaning tries 6 left only...im afraid can reached to 0 left. Pls advice mate...

these is not my first time experience to have ur wrong code, I did tried this before by any model but since other team can do i didnt post here anymore and wasting my time. Firedongle supported alot of stuff but in my experienced most of model i tried end up unsuccess.
