problem upgrading fire dongle


hi im having problems when im trying to upgrade my fire dongle when im trying appears:

Ready..
Your Dongle Firmware is Not up to date, plz update your dongle Firmware to Ver : 0101
Searhing Dongle..
Wrong Responce from card ! unplug your dongle and plug it than retry.

i had tried in windows 7 and windows xp pack3 and nothing i dont know what to do i need the upgrades

help please

i bought on ipmart store the driver that they send me are yellow dongle but my dongle color is purple but is fire dongle

My dongle is purple, the drivers says yellow and all ok my fire dongle was bought on ipmart store help me please

I have tried right now your videos my dongle is installed the problem comes up when im trying to upgrade the dongle to the firmware 101 help me please im waiting for a solution
