Why no start menu shortcuts for fire dongle v2.4?

Hi, I'm using Win 7 x64, i just installed fire dongle v2.4 installer and it only created shortcuts on the desktop, not on the start menu.


when i ran Nokia DCT4++ from the desktop i get the following error: "Cannot find 'FTD2XX.DLL'. Please, re-install this application". I haven't purchased Fire Dongle yet btw, i just installed the installer.

Why do you have multiple applications, why not just create a single application with all the brands? You have zte in the huewei application which doesn't make sense.

Please add unlock code generating for the Alcatel OT-983 and Vodafone Emporia RL1 as i would like to purchase your software if you can add support for generating unlock codes for these phones.

GB-Key can already direct unlock the Alcatel OT-983 (£40 phone released in nov 2012) btw and SRS remote server client can generate unlock codes for the Vodafone Emporia RL1 (released in 2011).

P.S why don't you update your installer with the latest versions as well as releasing seperate .exe updates for alcatel, samsung etc?

Please also add unlock code generating for the Orange San Diego (manufactured by ZTE), it uses an intel medfield cpu. It may be known as the Intel AZ210A. The San Diego uses Intel’s Atom Z2460 processor.

I just looked at some of your tutorial videos and it shows it connecting to your servers before it generates unlock codes for alcatel phones but your website images say that no internet connection is required? I don't have an internet connection where i unlock phones which was one of the appealing things about your software.
