| Program installed but not running, welcome/splash screen comes up but then goes off and nothing happens, its not card reader drivers as I have tried the reader with another tools card and is running fine, and yes I am using the latest version turned off Anti virus etc |

| its ok I put it on another PC now and working fine just not this PC which is not to much of a problem all other card readers are working fine dont really want to uninstall working drivers in case my other dongles dont work, but never mind keep it up and lets hope for some wicked updates like pattern lock removal and iphone passcode  |
