after my upgrade in nomal mode still remains damaged condition bb no change whatsoever, what steps do I need to do for this problem

1. Full Erase
2. Clear security
3. Full erase
4. Clear security
5. Full erase
6. Write flash

You can try another Flash or OS version .. regards
