i check in support area nothing...

as long as there are no have lcd reset for that device, we recommend to u by using special file for it.
if u got failed report log then try again " reconnect again that device then press auto lcd button "

i try like this bro

1. clik set normal mode
2. open sSpecial_File_9630
3. process write DONE >> display condition white screen
4. go tab tool
5. clik AUTO LCD but it did not happen , i waiting until 5 - 30 minutes but process only like this
