How to unbrick BB 9860? (ANSWERED)

Hi, i have BlackBerry 9860, after inserting the batteries only red LED lights and turns off after 5 seconds.
I fullerase and flashing with PBtool but is the same.Without battery is image no battery.
I changed the battery but it did not help.
Flashing with BlackBerry Desktop Software stops in "Waiting for JVM"

Please add solution
