Okay, but this problem of drivers and especially with WINDOWS XP should fix this. It is very cumbersome to be changing PC or uninstalling drivers be other boxes for this dongle to work. So far I could not solve my problem, for they really do not want to stop working my other boxes to uninstall this driver ...

PS: I repeat must fix this flaw with Windows XP drivers for your next update.

no need uninstal driver other box , u just disable egate emulator
and run PBTOOL try it on win xp no hard

if u need simple use win 7, on win 7 no problem

i have the same issue now also, i have sp3 xp running and i just got my new pbtool, it is installed correctly, when i run it, i get a splash screen then it closes and nothing else happens. I spent a lot of time today on the phone with the reseller, who has given me until tomorrow to resolve the issue or send it back for testing and refunding if neccessary. I do not have time to waste getting this up and running when it should be so simple. every other piece of unlocking software or tool i use works perfectly, this one... doesn't.

It is not spam, I gave a detailed description of what happened. I do not have time to sit and use sonork so I put a post here and wait for a reply.

Also what the official U.K reseller advised me to do as well.

I am sure the guys who make pbtool prefer to have as much information as possible to correct an error.

However as advised it was my egat sriver that caused the issue on this machine and it is now fixed. Thanks to mr.omphonx
