registration process hanging....

Hi,

today one of our customers cannot register his dongle.

It seems to be installed ok, he can launch the software.

but when he enters his registration details, it just says "processing..."

i have left this for 10 min. but no change.

He is running win 7 64bit

all other cards removed in device manager.

antivirus removed, windows firewall is off.

Please advise what could be his problem.

please check internet connection, because no have problem on me.
