Still Problems running PB Tool (SOLVED) - GSM-Forum

Hi I had quite a few issues installing, however advice from another user about disabling all other smart card drivers / usb token devices in device manager got me a little further but still having problems.

When I launch pbtool i get the flash screen then an error message:

instruction at 0x7746f963 referenced memory at 0x00000014. The memory could not be written

Please, please can someone help me, paid £60 for this dongle and I need to get it working today, already had it for a week and not been able to use it yet.

Thank you for the advice, but i am still getting an error message. Installed flash as said, can you take a look via TeamViewer please? Really have to get this sorted today?
