I submitted 1 iphone5 orange switzerland.Today you send me message my phone is unlocked but no the phone is not unlocked again.Check please

I still can not active the phone.I tunes says the phone is locked.I try too in check service today and it notifield me phone is locked again.

Oneunlock team how i do with customer 4 days passed after you said my phone is unlocked.I still can not active the phone.Itunes says it's locked and check service too

Please oneunlock i undertand you but customer wants his phone now so i ask to be refunded.I already do all i can to ask him to wait but he want his phone today in 6h.
If not done within 6h do not contunious the job
