Member: 707788 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 0 | Find my iPhone doesn't work as mentioned REVIEW After a person stole an iPhone from my store (after he inserted his own simcard, because he wanted it to test it but flew moments after that, I thought sure I can use this iphone finder. The first time it came up with my number that was inserted previously in the iPhone so I thought maybe it needs a bit time. After a couple of weeks I tried it again. Quess what, the same old number apeared again when using the tool. The number showing up is in an other phone! When looking for help on the support, they said it has to be connected with itunes after new number insertion. Alright but that wasn't mentioned in the description. Please read complete description of this service by scrolling down. OKE I DID THAT: This service helps you find the current mobile number which is currently using your iPhone. So that you can call it and ask your iPhone back!Service is working 24/7 in real time Sorry to say that oneunlock isn't what it used to be. Saying I first had to contact the support for the terms (blaming me??) and ofcourse no refund is possible. I don't care about the 2x 15 dolars it's just not right not mentioning the terms and after that blaming me. I'm curious in your respons on this matter oneunlock. |

Member: 1804503 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 83 | Hello, We have refunded for the request made on 2013-08-20 23:13:47 and we apologize for the misleading description of the service, and we will modify it, so people can know that the phone cannot save a phone number by itself, like some people think, but that you have to connect to itunes, for apple database to see the number and save it as the new number. Best regards |
