o2 uk clean iphone uploaded since 28th of march and its not solved till today its 18 days now

Hello, you didn't give us an order id/IMEI . Our oldest order is since 4th april. The delivery time for this service is now 10 working days. There is also this supplier notification on the service since since this date: 2014-04-01 .
"The clean service is slow worldwide! Orders get done in 5-12 days."
