i made checkmend 1 day before and phone was clean i've proof

Sir, even the checkmend you sent on chat yesterday, that you claimed it was clean, was barred.
For a checkmend report to be clean, all of the checks must be green. If even only one is other color than green, it means the phone is barred or blacklisted.

And the description of the service you submitted to is also very clear about what will happen if you submit barred or blacklisted phone on clean service:
