Dear customer,

20 digit calck filed responds happen if sl3 20 digit NCK model is submitted or hash entered while ordering was not correct. In this case as we see its 15 digit the only reason that is left is that you have submitted wrong hash and unfortunately we cannot check what hash you submitted in our service and what in the other server. But all the servers use same calculators and it just proves that information submitted on our site was wrong since calculation failed.

After all that is said we will refund this at our cost this time because we like to keep our customers satisfied but we would appreciate if you could check information before you submit to avoid these kind of inconveniences.

Thank you
