This is not fraud sir, as we put the notification there, so you can see it.
It is your responsibility as a customer on an online service to know all the terms and conditions of that site, and to read all the information of that site, especially if highlighted.
We do not hide this information. It is there in each customers account so they are fully aware of what is the availability of their credits. If you did not agree with this terms you would have not used our services.
Also, each time you reload, you credits are available for 6 months, so everyone had a choice to either consume their credits before expiration date or reload to extend availability.

Once you credit your account it means that you have unlockings to do. If you only have one phone to unlock, you order as visitor. So naturally, after having credits in your account for many months and not using them it means you are not proffesional unlocker.
For our accounting it is very bad to keep credits for long periods of time. This is exactly why we put the warning when you add credits, so that you are perfectly aware and agree to this when you add money.

Also, all payment companies keep records of their payments for about 3 months so if you come after 3 months and ask us to refund money, we cannot, because the transaction is no longer in the database of the company which you paid with.

Not much, but it is not good block loyal customer's money. I made at least 130 orders from your server. When prices was tuned. When your server faced problems with db crash, then prices become normal, that's why was not much orders. Check my account and unfreese funds, please.
