I really want to know how satisfy customers are, becos i see many post about this server from fg-team

is this server really fast?

I can not even try ONEUNLOCK, 'cos i do not have oprion to pay via Credit card. My country is not on the list. and i can not have PayPal.

Oneunlock - have only 1 service that work ONTIME - carrier finder !

all other - really poor and pp refoud also poor.

oneunlock they are providing a very good and fast service but some time it gose so slow. also I would like to add up 1 thing which I notice few times when they give any update on some thing and the price after a day or after a while with out any notification they change the price to higher price. I'm using one unlock I'm happy with it but some product prices are expansive.

OVER ALL IM HAPPY WITH IT.

No customer support - NO help - very very frustrating...

I now use another server - that to be honest .. is quicker and customer support is ALWAYS available

Creditting account is also very very slow - Deposit by paypal and you may have to wait UPTO 24 hours to have your account credited EVEN IF YOU ARE A VERIFIED USER....NOT GOOD !!

As a matter of fact only AT&T works good. And some "easy" operators as Telia Denmark, Virgin Australia and so on. You can unlock iPhones locked to this operators everywhere. But when you try Orange UK, O2 UK, Vodafone, some Switzerland operator - BAMMM you wait and in the end get only refund. This is a waste of time. So I use their service but only several tools - I just don't trust that they will not waste my time.

i totally agree. they can do all the easy unlocks but cant do the ones we need like o2 uk. they state they can do tmobile germany yet they just cancel and refund. anything else you just wait forever to get no reply and then cancelled

Ohh really ? Can give some examples ? And turnarround time is given in business day and yes sometimes can wait more. But this is underground service based on many suppliers and things cant be perfect

I think they should put an option for that people can get the money you have in your account and can return to your paypal account, as well as to remove the requirements that are made by mistake. and other suggestions if you haven't the Sprint and Verizon service, removen them, not offered because people think that if available and you make spend so much time

u were just not ready for this, thats why your online support is even down, that lady couldnt handle the pressure (if it was a lady)...

we love Oneunlock because u offer all possible payment methods, but your service S U C K S...
