Not responding to customers worries can be so agonizing as for box owners, and as a result make them to call software producers names whether good or bad. I think the product managers and supporters should always be at hand to keep us abreast of information even if it means a project is ending for the grave, although it is not the best for lofty ideas to die just because a team is breaking up over dimes. People should remember that it is not only the cash they will make from selling their ideas that matter but also the credit that goes to them for paving the way for others to pass through. If people like Isaac Newton, Pascal, Pythagoras, Thomas Edison and the many more too numerous to mention decided to just dump what they are known for today, then the world would have gotten no where at all as far as technological breakthrough is concerned.
