There is no nearest reseller in your country philippines.
In my country, Indonesia, Yogyaponsel is reseller, but they said about offer 30% is not much cut the price.

My opinion is, if you still have Miracle Key, please active Miracle Falcon because its only 17 US$ and you have to buy a new Miracle Thunder Dongle.

That is the best deal.
