Iphone 4S softbank activation required. - GSM-Forum

Hi,

When I activate my iphone 4s softbank locked using x-sim it says activation required. But when I use the same sim card and x-sim to my verizon locked phone it works.

I see there are 3 IMSI code for softbank, is there a difference between the three? I used this 4402011 and I suspect it my be wrong?

Use imsi: 4402081 .
