iPhone 5 AU KIDDI 6.1.3 (x-sim) can't send text with number start with +63, any solution?

09 start contact is fine but if those start with +63 on the contacts can't send.

is there any solution for this?

hello for CDMA models will required a patch for SMS sending. the patch will be releasee soon please wait.

you mean the rsim patch? i installed in my sprint iphone 5. sms and data worked but not 3G do you know how can i fix it? can i send a 3G cosmote sim in the technic team to fix this problem?
