what fw of x-sim used to fix 3g of iphone 4s USA SPRINT (CDMA)

i try v4.13-20 but always asking for activation but when i tried to activate over wifi still not activated

4.11 only i got on this version and no activation after IMSI code enter for CDMA sprint..

problem after activate no 3G network using globe sim card

I have an iphone 4s (cdma) which is locked to verizon us.
The unlock was working fine on ios 7.1.2, i updated the firmware to ios 8.0, it was working even then. however, i downgraded back to ios 7.1.2 using the restore option in itunes and lost my unlock. now the phone does not give the sim locked message with the xsim. Help please.
