News and Updates Archive: X-SIM Rev2 Firmware released on Mar 22, 2012 News in Rev2: *32k Java SIM cards support added *Auto-Learn Fix for some 'strange' operators added *2G SIM cards support(32/64/128k) for Canadian and other '2G non supported' operators added !!!WORLDS FIRST!!! Update dongles for resellers will be finished in next 7days X-SIM Rev3 Firmware released on Mar 25, 2012 News: *Added support for 5.1 firmware X-SIM Rev3.0.2 Firmware released on Apr 05, 2012 Together with 5.1 iOS support(and baseband 2.0.10 support) - iPhone 4S, we added few more things: * SIM PIN supported - Worlds first * Smart IMSI input(no need enter any application menu, chose carriers ect.) - Worlds first * X-SIM adapter can now be used as Activation SIM(no need for original operator SIM to activate your iPhone 4S) - Worlds first Installation manual: Before you use X-SIM please switch off your SIM PIN Insert the X-SIM and SIM to iphone then power on , phone will ask for SIM PIN then press Unlock ,you just need to enter the 7 digits IMSI (prefixed IMSI for is AT&T 3104101 - for example), after you enter the correct IMSI phone will automatic start to search and get the network. When you reboot your iphone it will ask for SIM pin again you just need to input four zero"0000" to use your last input. To store last setting and remove PIN code request on startup Go to Settings->Phone->SIM Pin->SIM Pin = set to OFF and input eight eights "88888888". From now You can manage Your SIM's PIN code as You was doing it before. To reset X-Sim configuration and enable PIN code request on startup Go to Settings->Phone->SIM Pin->SIM Pin = set to ON and input eight zeros "00000000". *remove the PIN code request might slow down speed X-SIM Rev3.0.3 Firmware released on Apr 09, 2012 The operator with most problems finally 'hacked'!  Update: *Canada Fido iPhone 4S Unlock added - Worlds First! *Now can activate any iPhone4S with X-SIM adapter(no need for original operator SIM) X-SIM Rev3.0.5 Firmware released on May 16, 2012 What's new * Fido finally 100% supported * Support for 32k Java SIM cards improved * CMDA iPhone 4S (Sprint and Verizon) supported without Jailbrake and erasing operator data, including 5.1 and 5.1.1 iOS - BETA (on some devices you will not see any network info on left-up corner but phones will work without any troubles) X-SIM Rev3.0.7 Firmware Inside released on Jul 3, 2012 News: Confirmation menu removed. Otherwise X-SIM will not work correctly. Please follow the steps carefully: Enter the correct IMSI then goto setting =>phone=>sim pin=>disable by 88888888=>reboot |

| X-SIM v4.0.3 Released What's new This version allows manual input the IMSI. All worlds operators should be supported. X-SIM rev 4.0.3beta will use new, Smart, IMSI input method. After you input the correct IMSI X-SIM will remember it until you pool out 'old' SIM and insert new SIM card. If there would be any problem you just need to change your SIM card. Once X-SIM detects you've changed the SIM card it will prompt to input the new IMSI. ...X-SIM is Now even More Intelligent... It support two different modes to unlock your iPhone. When you insert X-SIM it will start to identify iPhone carrier type then get the network automatically. If X-SIM can not recognize the iPhone carrier then will prompt you to enter the IMSI.
