Question about X/R Sims - GSM-Forum

Hi, I'm new to the forum and I'm very confused about R-sims and X-sims. I have a sprint iPhone 5s running iOS 7.1.1, I would like to use it on T-Mobile with 2G(EDGE), 3G, 4G, and LTE. There seems to be a lot on controversy surrounding Sprint phones and X/R-Sims. Any help is really appreciated

for Sprint iOS7.1.1 no party has the perfect solution , most of the solution will just for voice .
