It works on T-Mobile. What the xsim team is not getting is that it doesn't work on all SIM cards. Sometimes you can't use some so cards to even update it or reset the inside code. The 5c and 5a are just as ****. They work but they have their problems you need to keep trying different simcards

Most likely you are using a normal sized simcard cut to size and those don't usually work it needs to be origipnally nano

Hi if you get this problem you can try to jailbreak your iphone then replace the carrier bundle with generic carrier bundle.
