I have already done 10 iphone 4S with iOS 6.1.2.

I use 4.13 all the time.

nothing with 417 or 419... let me check with 413 and i will post result..

to shaka: can you explain how you did it? step by step?? there's a lot of us having problems with this verizon 4s.. thanks

oh i thought its only me having problem but many user having same problem
shaka can u plz tell us what u did how did u did ur phone?

Answering to all users with 4s verizon problem....

justo update to v4.13.
insert x-sim and turn on iphone
when ask for imsi, enter: 2040438, it will start searching..
reboot iphone... and wait for signal..
tested by me...

no still same problem after searching goes to activation menu even this imsi doing same thing

did you u tried by restoring the iphone and start the procedure after?

it worked for me...

if i will restore now phone will go to 6.1.3 but i try almost everything i try with another x-sim with 413 after put imsi i restart the phone then turn on the phone.phone keep searching and get not service nothing happened can u tell me what should i do?

Iphone restauration
Update x-sim to 4.13
Turn off and insert xsim
Turn on.. Wait for imsi request
Imsi: 2040438
At 15 seconds aprox. Reboot phone
Phone starts activated and fully signal active

Thats all.. And without using itunes...

i managed to unlock it now on 4.19

just delete bundles and enter 2040438 after accept reboot phone then accept till signal appears..

jailbreak your device

2) Enter iPhone via iFunbox application
3) Delete this files:
VAR/Wireless/library/ .plist
VAR/Mobile/Library/Carrier Bundle.bundle/ - delete all files from folder
4) Restart iPhone
5) Enjoy

disable cdma and voice roaming

enter correct imsi then accept and reboot..

after reboot just keep accept till network comes out.

today i am done varizon by x-sim version 4.11..1st serching after few time show no service then show network....

Come on guys who is giving solution has tried on verizon but he is not saying about on which iOS version, Whoever facing "iPhone goes to activation mood" must be using iOS 6.1.2 or later"
Dear Adviser from X-SIM kindly give the proper solution for this version of iOS on Verizon carrier...pls.

I did... Check on succesfully unlocked phones 4S... I did one few days ago.. 4s verizon 6.1.2 it was activated... But it asked for activation again... Tried v309 first for bypassing and the used the v411 and done..

check on my post...
