X-SIM problem

Hello,
I recently ordered an X-SIM to the UK, and tried it out tonight. I am using an iPhone 4S, and put in my O2 sim with the X-SIM, entered the code 2341590, and I got no service. I tried with a different sim other than my O2 one, I tried restoring the phone, but nothing seems to be making a difference.

The carrier settings do not show up on the main Settings menu on the iPhone, so I am unable to manually select a carrier, if that has anything to do with it. Also, if I go Settings, General, About and then Network I get a message of 'SIM not allowed.'

I was assured a few days ago on these forums that this SIM card would work with my phone, baseband and network. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Thanks,
George.

Dear George,

Please tell us what network your iPhone is locked to.

Hello,
Yes I have access to the IMSI under SAM Details in the SAM application. I no longer have the original SIM card, I only know it is locked to Vodafone because I used an old Vodafone SIM card to activate it.

Than we need O2 SIM which happens not to be working for you so we can analyze it. No other way we can solve this issue.
Guess our UK dealers should do it and not ordinary users. Sorry for this.
