Im Running under winxp SP2 , Amd athlon 2400+ with 1200mb ram 120gb Hd

The cable that i am using is the Unibox USPI V2 , that works just fine using freia for flashing and unlocking.

Check Serial Config first ...

Try to power off the phone, Tick "Pre-ChecK" ... Press Start and press power button then

Winswup can't ping a powered off phone.

Can you ping a PC which is powered off?

Power on the phone and start winswup again.

A50 FUBU can you get from landys server

well... This is like this... I took the FUBU flash from landy, then using freia, I did upload it to phone. After that, what before was a dead phone, now was a flahing phone on power on, after wichm, and still using freia e have Unlocked the phone . It got back to normal.

And now... Winswup... Powering the phone on, before pressing start, there it is runnig... From now on this will be my procedure. Thks Chris and and BB-Gsm for your support and help.

If you have a dead phone (aborted update) you need to set the hook at "pre check".

Then press start button. Now the update is waiting for ignition so power on the phone shortly. Update will start a second time

This is also working with non dead phones, working phones if you want to update them
