Member: 952091 Status: Offline Thanks Meter: 11 | Actually i see it in the supported models list on your site. When I open the software and go to Connect the Phone page, I power on the phone, and select Ovi suite on the phone, it installs drivers correctly but is not shown on the Software to click on it and go further on Reading Log. So it is invisible on the software, shows (No Phones Connected on the bottom of the software). This is happening only with this model. Others work perfectly. |

I tried 3-4 c3-01.5 all same problem. No problem with other nokia models and your software, they just get discovered fine. Also to mention, I used Universalbox before your service, and C3-01 is suported but C3-01.5 is not supported for unlock, can this be problem with your software too? | |
