hello, i am user since several months, i have made 3-4 payments before.
yesterday i made a payment and it said that first payments will take 24 hours for security clearing

but if this is not first time why i have to wait this much time?

actually there is many Charge back Cheaters are try to cheat, thats why not we've stop Instant Credits transfer,
