Yes when buy 1 code will be instant, but you want to buy a second code not accepted paypal....

can buy only one code per day?

i think you cant understand correctly,
we've stop to recharge credits instantly for new users,
like once you verified by our system you will get instant credits from us,
and if you have buy 1st time from our web site you must need to wait 24hrs for payment verification purpose
