Help : Hash reader error with nokia N86

Hello everyone,

I'm new here and I would like to unsimlock my SL3 Nokia N86 with hash reader and data cable. Each time I try to connect, this following message occurs:

Error: Unable to send packet: 3e3(0/5) - 0x60 Go Back to retry

Thanks for your help

Best regards.

Hello,

for your information i tried Hash reader with another computer and another internet service.

Same error occured:

Hash reading started.
IMEI: 354203036039818
Read encrypted hashes, rebooting phone in RAW mode.
Waiting 60 seconds for RAW mode.
Phone rebooted
Root key hash: 479c6dde3942e12c429c1d6aded80371
Sending 2nd loader
Error: Unable to send packet: 3e3(0/5) - 0x60 Go Back to retry

During the operation my Nokia n86 is usb connecting and disconnecting several times (windows sound) and after that, the mobile Nokia switches off.

Thank you for your help.

Hi, N86 RAPIDO based phone, they normally requires manual rebooting in RAW mode. I am not sure why Hash Reader isn't giving you the below message. BFMarket can confirm about this message, since I am not familiar with BFMarket's Hash Reader, but with Nokia

Code:
RAPIDO phone detected
Please follow these steps:
1. Unplug the phone
2. Remove the battery
3. Replace the battery in its place
4. Reconnect the USB cable
