Service deterioration

Hey there

I have been using your service for past few months. It is a great service compared to many others.

So far things were great.. however currently the wait times are increasing to the point where you are / (will be soon) no longer faster the other providers.

I can understand you guys are probably having more customers due to which the wait time is increasing. The "having more customers" is a great thing but wait times increasing is not so great.

Please increase your hardware investment so wait times can decrease again.

We are very sorry for any inconveniences. We are working on the faster service continuously, because of this in a maintenance days our service is slower than in normal days. For example yesterday we made maintenance again, because of this the waiting time was longer.
Today our service is faster than before.
Furthermore we have changed the reward of our daily game: you can win punch up credits now, instead of normal credits.
