I have similar problem, Iphone 4G imei - 012535002410273, after unlock I connected it to iTunes and get "There is a problem with your iPhone, The Phone cannot be activated, Please visit the Service Answer Center" what does it mean?

if ur fone is 3gs , & bootloader is 6.15 then downgrade to 5.xx with redsnow

turn off wifi in ur shop and try to active with pc with itunes
