Everytime we have a problem with AT&T unlocks its because of some issue. Since last week and this week the problem is not at our end it is at the end of AT&T.

So please be patient and wait for the unlock to be done.

Not really satisfied withe service lately! Last few orders rejected or returned blocked though all imei's checked in check mend and all clean!!! What is going on??? Why so low success rate? Very hard to communicate with Rayhan...

Why only you have problems.I never had such issues with Mx key Hti dongle.
Why don't you increase time limit from 6 to 24 hours as on your site.Customers are shouting on us.You don't even refund money so that we can try with other.
And about good feedback no way. If you give one code, blocks two.You can check my previous complaints also.No reply or wrong reply.

some client after done open charge back dispute
